Greetings Rocky Ridge Family,
I am honored to serve in this capacity. My background in education spans more than 17 years, with the pleasure of leading as a middle school teacher, an elementary teacher, an interventionist, and a reading specialist. I’ve had the pleasure of serving within multiple school systems such as Mobile County, Jefferson County, Alabaster City, Pickens County, and Escambia County. My academic studies include a B.S in Biology and Chemistry, M. Ed. in Elementary Education, and an Administrative Master with Certification in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Law. I am passionate about decreasing the achievement gap by utilizing evidence-based instructional best practices, and I am dedicated to promoting student and teacher learning.
My family consists of my loving husband, three beautiful children, a cat, and a dog. We are huge ASU Hornets fans and we love to travel.
